The cuisine at Agriturismo Zuffa uses raw materials that are accurately selected by the local farms we work with, which make their production according to our recipes: during the cooking process our organic wines are used, the vegetables come from our organic garden, just like the vegetables used for the tomato passata and the pureed soups, the jams are produced in house, and the pork, beef and sheep meat are of highest quality. The pasta is handmade, the stuffed pasta is worked with a rolling pin and is made by us, just like the maccheroncini which are made with the Torchio machine: we pursue organic, traditional, 0 km and high quality standards.
